Greenvalley International School | 2022 - 2024
I pursued my AS & A Levels at Greenvalley International School in Trivandrum, and I was passionate about exploring the realms of business, economics, English, and gaining a global perspective. As I embarked on that academic journey, I was captivated by the intricacies of the business world, delving into the principles of entrepreneurship, marketing strategies, and financial management. Economics, with its profound impact on society, fascinated me as I explored the realms of supply and demand, market structures, and macroeconomic policies. Additionally, my love for language and literature drove me to delve into the depths of English, honing my communication skills and fostering a deeper understanding of cultural nuances. Moreover, I eagerly embraced the opportunity to broaden my horizons by developing a global perspective, analyzing international relations, cross-cultural dynamics, and the ever-evolving global economy. As an AS and A Level student in Trivandrum, I was excited to uncover the interconnections between these subjects, fostering a well-rounded understanding that would shape my future endeavors.
Flame University | 2024 - 2028
Currently, I am pursuing my undergraduate degree in Liberal Arts at the prestigious Flame University. This program has afforded me the opportunity to explore a diverse range of courses before narrowing down my area of focus, contributing significantly to my holistic development as an individual. I thoroughly enjoy both the learning experience and the vibrant campus life here. Courses such as digital literacy have challenged me to step out of my comfort zone and engage with the fundamentals of coding, which has been an enjoyable and rewarding experience. I eagerly anticipate participating in many more adventures and gaining invaluable experiences as I continue my academic journey.
Indian classical dance has always fascinated me since childhood. This was indeed the triggering point for me to explore it as a career option as part of my project in grade 7. I met with various dances in Kerala including, Mrs.Gopika Varma, Mrs.Girija, Mrs. Mythili and Mrs. Deepa Rahul Easwar. These meetings included interviews, where I would ask them about their challenges, changes in lifestyle, etc they experienced, when taking dance as a career. These sessions helped me analyse and understand the potential difficulties an individual will face and the amount of dedication needed to become a successful Guru. I was able to conclude that, for me, dance was just a hobby and not a potential career path.
Working for society is something I always cherish to do. As part of this interest, I got an opportunity to visit a family near my school who was in need of financial help. After analysing their current situation, I came up with a plan to arrange food stalls during the school’s annual day celebration, to raise funds. I also visited Late Mrs. Chandralekha Sreenivasan, founder of Karunya Charitable international in Trivandrum. However, due to Covid-19 and related restrictions, the annual day was cancelled and I was unable to help the family.
